Despite being a strong, independent single mama to an incredible son and experiencing professional successes, I struggled with cycles of co-dependency and self-destructive behaviors.

When I became a born-again Christian at 40, my life was transformed. He brought healing, and restoration to my life. I learned that the Holy Spirit was not only real but dwelled inside me.

Everything changed as I experienced God's perfect, and powerful love.

however I have had to push through fear in choppy seas (which caused me to get back in the boat), and figure out how to set myself up for success. It's so beautiful under the water, it's been worth it!

I've been flyin the friendly skies since 2017, although nowadays I'm an evaluator/instructor, and keep my feet on the ground. My favorite destinations? Israel (of course), Edinburgh, and Paris. This pic is from my first time in London.

I've been a crunchy granola mama since I lived in Santa Cruz, CA area in the 1980's. I'd spent hours wandering down the aisles of natural food stores with my baby son, discovering natural remedies and organic foods that nourish and delight. I'm excited to share what I've learned.
